I've done a lot of fasting in my life. I've fasted for three days, seven days, and even six months on juice and water. But this time I wanted to see what would happen if I did a full 15-day water fast. So I just drank lots of distilled water and ate nothing. What are the results?

The Preparation

I had been thinking about undertaking a fast for a while. I know some people do them regularly and they have a lot of benefits. It's also something that I've done before, albeit not for very long periods of time. But this time it was different; I wanted to see what would happen if I went all out, got rid of all the food in my diet, and just drank water for two weeks straight.

The Fast

It was a crazy idea to think I could survive on nothing but water for 15 days, but with some careful planning and the right attitude, I could complete the challenge. I learned so much about my body during that time and it has completely changed my life. The Results
